July’12 - April’14 : Ambuja Cements Ltd. (Unit Dharlaghat, Ambujanagar & Roorkee), as Engineer Worked as E&I maintainance Engineer in two Integrated Plant & one Grinding unit of Ambuja Cements Ltd.

Previous Role :

 Planning of preventive maintenance jobs.

 Looking after plant stoppage report and analysis of same by using Pareto analysis.  Cost tracking of Shutdown cost & maintenance budget of plant.  MTBF analysis and improvement plan for the same by coordinating with execution dept.

 Monitoring important maintenance data like MTTR, MTBF, NAI and engage with other teams to incorporate the feedback in PM plans as well as setting targets.  Participating in the analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through, FMEA, Root cause analysis, Paretos Techniques.  Non- destructive testing :  Plan to carry out vibration analysis and perform key PMR as per the condition monitoring matrix.  Ensuring all key PMRs are carried out and results are recorded – carry out trend analysis and update corresponding charts.  Reporting problems through notifications for key findings of the equipment conditions (Motors, field instruments, Sensors etc.)  Planning & Co-ordination:  Ensuring availability of resources (Own manpower and contractor etc.) to execute preventive and corrective maintenance planes as per planning.  Ensuring adherence to weekly maintenance planning and scheduling Process.  Generating maintenance KPIs weekly review and cost reports for Monthly review- participate in weekly.
