SUBJECT: NOTICE OF TERMINATION /ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION
This is to notify that we have elected to terminate your service with the company effective from ------in accordance with terms and provision of the service agreement.
1. Unsatisfactory performance or conduct
2. Disobedience
3. Defamatory behavior for the Company
4. Inability to adopt to the Company office / field environment
5. Seeking employment with Company clients 6. Bad health
7. Termination of Project Contract for which you were hired
8. Completion of service agreement
9. Unsatisfactory performance during probation

Please arrange to return any company property that is in your possession including company documents, photocopies, emails and letter . Prepare TURNOVER NOTE (If applicable) in approved format and hand over charge to ------person designated.
Your repatriation to your home country is scheduled on ------you are therefore advised to obtain all requisites company clearances and submit the accounts for final settlement.
Your account shall be settled keeping in view following terms and provision of the service agreement.

Please note that in case you fail to depart your home country on the scheduled date your documents Shall be handed over to your Embassy in Tripoli and company shall not be responsible for any arrangements or costs related to your repatriation.
With advance consent of company management you may stay at company provided accommodation after the date of your scheduled departure where for additional stay you will be charged
Accommodation : US $ 25/- Per Day Food : US $ 25/- Per Day Airline charges for changes : Actual
You are reminded that as per your service agreement with the Company you are not allowed to seek service with any of its clients within one (1) year from the date of termination of your services with the Company.
Also as per Immigration Laws of Libya you cannot return to Libya within three (3) years from the date of your FINAL EXIT.
