IMPORTANT!: A photocopy of both sides of your Credit Card must be sent along with your registration form.

If you choose to pay by Credit Card, you can send in advance your registration form and credit card data by fax (see numbers above) for a preliminary reservation. However, to guarantee and formalize your reservations you must send the originals by postal mail to the address of the travel agency for the Assembly (see address above). For your own benefit and to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data, do not send this information by email. Confirmations of registrations will be notified on receipt of payment and strictly according to the order in which they were received. Hotel reservations will be made after the full amount has been paid, which must be received before 15- 09-02. Reservations made from 16-09-02 to 31-10-02 will be subject to a 10% price increase. The organisers can only guarantee these prices, negotiated with the hotels, for the period corresponding to the General Assembly, that is from November 30 to December 6, 2002, and only for the number of nights indicated by the participant on his or her reservation. Reservations for post-assembly tours will be made after the full amount has been paid, which must be received before 15-09-02. Reservations made from 16-09-02 to 31-10-02 will be subject to a 10% price increase.
