The U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Captain’s and professional Mates have developed several cruises that will provide you with an enlightening excursion of our local marine life, wildlife and natural surroundings; and some cruises that are just a voyage in fun! As you sail through the area waterways, enjoy complimentary water and soft drinks, as well as the convenience of restroom facilities available on board the Sun Princess cruises. BEACH & LUNCH TOUR (4½ Hour Cruise) Travel to the secluded beaches of North Captiva Island for unforgettable shelling and swimming. You will visit Safety Harbour and have lunch at the renowned Barnacle Phil’s Harbour Restaurant. Watch the Sea Otters and Dolphin play while Pelicans dive and Osprey soar above. Enjoy embarking on a journey of wildlife discovery and gulf-shore exploration. The Sun Princess is equipped with shell bags, towels and ice-cold washcloths to enhance your enjoyment of this nautical adventure.

DOLPHIN & WILDLIFE ENCOUNTER (1 Hour Cruise) This delightful tour focuses on the intriguing local bird and marine wildlife. San Carlos Bay and Pine Island Sound contain what is considered one of the largest year round populations of bottlenose dolphin in the world. Observe Osprey, Ibis, Heron and Egrets in their natural habitat. View the wildlife and sights as you learn about the mangrove islands and estuaries where the Caloosa Indians once lived. BACKWATER FISHING CRUISE (3 Hour Cruise) All aboard for a casual fishing cruise, perfect for all ages. Try your hand at catching Trout, Jack, Mackeral, Redfish, Small Sharks and Grouper. All bait, fishing tackle and licenses are provided. Our experienced Captain and First Mate will assist you with the catch and release process.

COASTAL ENVIRONMENTAL ENCOUNTER (3 Hour Cruise) Immerse yourself in a captivating excursion, navigating the near shore waters of Pine Island Sound in exploration of the many treasures to be found in our local ecosystem. A Master Naturalist Captain and First Mate will give you an enlightening insight into the waterways of Southwest Florida and their inhabitants. After gathering both animal and plant specimens with your own dip net, the Captain will explain the impact of each item on our fragile ecosystem. Specimens will then be returned, unharmed, to their natural habitat.

LIGHTHOUSE TWILIGHT CRUISE (1 1/2 Hour Cruise) Watch the day fade away as you cruise along the tranquil waters of San Carlos Bay. Sit back and experience how twilight frames the historic lighthouse of beautiful Sanibel Island. Enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, sip champagne and toast to another beautiful day in paradise!
