Please note*** COUTURE EVENTS reserves the right to photograph, publish, and market all events taken of table settings, centerpieces, and floral arrangements rented from COUTURE EVENTS

 RESERVATIONS We encourage your advance reservations to insure availability. Linens will only be reserved upon receipt of a signed contract, and retainer of 50% of total rental amount. This retainer is non-refundable.

 DELIVERY Upon delivery, please count and check your items upon unpacking. Please contact us at that time if there are any discrepancies so we can resolve the issue immediately.

 CHARGES AFTER YOUR EVENT IN EVENT OF DAMAGES There is an additional charge of $15.00 for all linens, centerpieces, equipment, etc. returned without the original storage container, hangers, bubble wrap, etc. ALL LINENS THAT ARE BADLY STAINED, TORN, DAMAGED BEYOND USE, MOLDED, DAMAGED FROM CANDLE WAX OR MISSING WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING CHARGES. ALL CANDLES MUST BE ON A CANDLE HOLDER AND NO CANDLE IS TO BE SET DIRECTLY ON ANY LINEN, DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CHARGES LISTED BELOW NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Chocolate fountains and other greasy foods are to be set on a dish or plastic to avoid staining the linens. Tablecloths are to be free from food, rose petals, confetti, etc. and linens should be placed in either trash bags or back on original hangers. **Chair Covers $2.50 ***Table Linens 14.00 **Table Overlays 5.00 ** Chair Sashes 1.00 **Table Runners $2.50 Vases **Varies Depending on vase ***Please note damages to all specialty linens ie. Rosette, Damask, Crushed etc. will result in higher chargers than our normal satin, organza and polyester linens.

1  PAYMENT Final payment of adjusted amount will be due 30 days prior to the event. At this time, adjustments, if any, will be made to reflect any change in the number of guests. These amounts do not include any required damage fees or amounts due resulting from loss of goods. Payment can be made via Paypal, Visa or MasterCard , check, money order, or cash. Please note a $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. All rentals must be returned within 3 days of an event (ie. Linens picked up Friday, must be returned by Monday). A $25 fee will be charged for each additional day after that, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by COUTURE EVENTS.

 CANCELLATION POLICY COUTURE EVENTS recognizes that plans can and do change, sometimes on short notice. If there is a change in CLIENT'S plans, e.g. cancellation or postponement of the event, COUTURE EVENTS will take reasonable steps to book a substitute event or events and/or make other alternative arrangements. In the event, however, COUTURE EVENTS is unable to do so, in whole or in part, we reserve the right to retain up to any and all amounts paid if request is not made before the “30 day prior to event deadline.”

 CHANGES Finalized counts, colors, materials etc. must be decided upon at least 30 days prior to your event date, any last minute changes may also result in a charge if item is already rented or needs to be ordered to suit your event needs.

 ACTS OF GOD In the unlikely event that a member/members of COUTURE EVENTS staff are unable due to illness, disease, accident, or injury to prepare for and attend the event, COUTURE EVENTS reserves the right to find substitute staff, companies, and/or subcontractors, to conduct the event. If COUTURE EVENTS is unable to conduct the event set forth in this Agreement, COUTURE EVENTS may terminate this Agreement and will refund all monies to the client and in lieu of any and all other damages of whatever kind and nature that might otherwise be available to CLIENT under applicable law.

 FOOD SOURCES COUTURE EVENTS shall not be responsible for food contamination or any injury or illness resulting from food contamination where it is not the sole provider of food for the Event.

 DAMAGE TO ITEMS AND EQUIPMENTS AND EQUIPMENT

2 Cooking, Grilling, Tiki Torches and sources of fire must be at least 15' away from items and equipment. NO FIREWORKS OR SPARKLERS in the vicinity of the items and equipment. CLIENT agrees to reimburse COUTURE EVENTS for any and all costs or damages resulting from lighting, cooking, or heating equipment or decorations except as authorized by COUTURE EVENTS. In the event of serious damage COUTURE EVENTS reserves the right to repair or replace the damage item or items in its discretion, at CLIENT'S sole expense. COUTURE EVENTS will return all or a portion of this deposit to the CLIENT promptly after COUTURE EVENTS has had reasonable opportunity to inspect the linens provided and deducted any sum for repair or replacement in this agreement.

 LINENS CLIENT is responsible for table /chair set up unless prior arrangement is made. Please note that we will NOT set up tables, chairs, etc. without advance notice and compensation. COUTURE EVENTS will deliver linens and put tablecloths on tables, arrange chair covers and tie chair sashes, and set up anything else that we have been compensated for. Following the Event, at an agreed upon time of pick up, COUTURE EVENTS will take down all linens, centerpieces, and anything else that was provided for the Event.

 SITE PREPARATION Please be sure your site is ready, (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way) before the crew is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives, or if equipment cannot be dropped directly on site (extra handling involved) the client may be charged an additional fee. There is also an additional $25 fee if COUTURE EVENTS is unable to pick up items at the designated time due to an event going over time, in excess of 30 minutes.
