Resident’s Forum: o Anthony- 15 Inverness Thanked us for including Jurek Post breakfast in the NL Concerned about 26 Sweetwater dirt pile and downspout. He has storm sewer problems and the Town told him we are responsible. Mike says the Town wants all downspouts connected to the storm sewer but then they sais to let it run down the foundation to prevent sinking. He wants more action to get the totes hidden Weisenburg 26 Shady Oaks He is ready to negotiate but it is now laweyer to lawyer

The Meeting Was Called to Order by Mark at: 7:07

President, Mark Walsh:  Change the June meeting to Thursday June 13.  We will have an electronics recycling again this year.

Vice President, Gene Zambarda:  Mark, Gene, and Pete met with Craig Bucki o The case has been assigned to Acting State Supreme Court Justice John Michalski a former Amherst Town Prosecutor and Deputy Town Attorney. o A pretrial conference will take place Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 9:30 AM o We will call for discovery. Perhaps we will get the G&CC survey.  Craig has “tweaked” our Procedures for Enforcement.

Secretary, Pete Calinski:  Website o PCA Group Refund TBD o Roundcube is one program for doing email. . SquirrelMail and . Horde is two others. o What do you think about email? o I set it up to be as close to the old one but I don’t use either so o Are you getting any spam? . Pete can enable a spam program but good stuff can get caught. . Halters are getting 50 pieces of spam Pete will enable SpamAssassin. (AI#2 Pete) . Everyone will need some adjustments to direct to spam o Mark and I have the ability to reset an email password. I’m trying to find an unmanned method. o Have you logged onto website?

Treasurer, Jim Golding:  We are $5,000 under but it is the reserve funds. We will move that budget item to the end of the year so this difference doesn’t keep showing up.  Citizen’s Savings account holds $166203.74 while the Checking holds $95209.41  Shade for Glen Oak Playground o The Town wants a playground (but there was some hint that we could “forget” that. o That is not a professional way to operate o Mike will look into a permit (AI #1 Mike)

Facilities, Tom Halter (T&K):  March assessments are about $14k short. Last year it was $6k but we get $6k from the estate in Old Meadow.  No need to change the pool rules from last year.  ~ 150 late notices will g out soon  May 2 the Greenwood pool covers will come off.  The next week the other two will be removed.  There are 2 lifeguard positions to fill this year.  The new NY minimum wage may be a factor. We pay a little more to get the pick of guards.  5-year planning meeting, Wednesday April 17, Ransom Oaks meeting room, 6:30 PM.  The Greenwoods remodel effort came in at $14k as budgeted  May 1st the door codes will change to 1-0-1-5-5-8  Tom will meet with the accountants April 15 for the 2012 income taxes  48 Beehunter wants to negotiate the $2355.80 they owe for 6 or 7 years

The meeting closed at 8:00 PM Next meeting May 13.
