Instructions for Filling the Application Form

1. All the entries in the form must be made in block letters or typed and no column should be left blank. 2. There will be no bank service charges for online submission of processing fee through any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL). 3. Application processing fee must be deposited in the online Account No. 00427991660803 (Title of Account: PIEAS-APF), All HBL Branches in Pakistan. Application Processing Fee  Application processing fee within due date Rs 2000 for on-line submission  Application processing fee within due date Rs 2500 for off-line submission  Application processing fee within two weeks after due date Rs 2750 for on-line submission  Application processing fee within two weeks after due date Rs 3250 for off-line submission *- Additional Rs. 500/- shall be charged if a candidate is applying for both PIEAS and KINPOE. **- Application processing fee is non-refundable.

4. Preferably apply online; application forms are available at PIEAS website http://red.pieas.edu.pk. However, receipt of bank deposit along with a passport size photograph must be sent to Registrar by post before the deadline. 5. Application forms may be downloaded from PIEAS website. Duly filled Form, a Photograph and Bank Receipt must be sent to Registrar by Post before the deadline.
