Eduphoria Scanner Instructions
To Print the Answer Sheets
In Teacher “mode”… 1. Login 2. Click Test Available (upper left) and select the desired test 3. Select the desired period(s) 4. Click Print Answer Sheet 5. When Answer Sheets show, check to see if it is the right class(es) and students Important Notes Answer sheets can be printed on regular paper Answer sheets can be printed on any printer If you teach multiple grade levels within classes, you will have to scroll and print each student’s answer sheet separately CRITICAL – make sure you check and see which printer the answer sheets are printing to CRITICAL – make sure there are no marks on the bottom of the answer sheet Use #2 pencil only 6. Close the program
To Enter the Answer Sheets into Eduphoria
1. Go to the scanner and put the answer sheets on the top tray face up with the following orientation m e o t m t a o N B
2. On the desktop, click the School Objects Scanner for Brother icon 3. Click Next 4. Login with your regular computer login and password 5. The first time in, the following will have to be entered into the Server URL box: http://eduphoria.midwayisd.org 6. Click Next > OK Important Note 25 – 30 sheets maximum can be entered into the scanner at one time 7. If there are more than 25 – 30 sheets to be scanned, choose Scan additional tests and scan them in – repeat until all tests are scanned 8. When completely finished scanning all tests, click Upload Data > Next > Finish The data is now uploaded and ready for viewing in Aware!
Special Notes – Lab Assistants and Others The campus teacher group must be made an Administrator on the computer connected to the Brother scanner Susan Fletcher will send a link for the needed plugin (School Objects Scanner for Brother) to add to the computer connected to the Brother scanner Remind teachers that in Aware there are View buttons so they can look at the data in different ways Tammy Wiethorn can create different views and reports for teachers in Aware if they are not “seeing” the information as they would like to
