My Guests and I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Association as it pertains to the use of the Clubhouse and surrounding common property. I understand that I must pay a $200 deposit and the current rate for rental for one event is $125.00

I further certify that:

 I am the primary user of the property and that I am not renting the Clubhouse for use by a non- resident.

 I am not using the Clubhouse for business purposes such as meetings, seminars or other business activities.

 I will leave the clubhouse in the condition it was found and will be responsible for all damages. I further understand that the liaison person for the Association is the sole person to determine if it has been left in the proper condition.

I understand that a violation of any of the above rules and regulations may cause the Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors to revoke my renting privileges.
