Brian: It is optional for a VHT STA to send the beamforming report.

Youhan: I just want to check that this is only for 80+80 MHz, not for a contiguous 160MHz.

Vinko: Yes, that is correct.

Robert: We do not use the format "dynamic/static bandwidth operation" anywhere.
