I acknowledge that Booth’s Harbour Developments Limited, its’ directors or employees are in no way responsible for loss or damage to my property while stored on the premises, and I understand that the sale of my property does not constitute transfer of rental privileges.
I understand the consequences of and agree to refrain from the transport or handling of flammable products in other than CSA approved containers. Also, I agree to refrain from the storage or pouring of such products or the use of open flames or devices causing electrical sparks or discharge. I understand that these and all other unsafe practices are strictly forbidden on the premises of Booth’s Harbour Developments Limited and I also agree to abide by all policies that may be established by the management of the corporation from time to time.
I understand that failure to comply with any policy or regulation may terminate rental without recourse (financial or otherwise).
Recreation at a marina, like many other pastimes, contains inherent risks including but not limited, to the risk of personal injury, including catastrophic injury or death, or property damage, which may be caused by variations in terrain, weather conditions, washouts, slippery, or undermined areas and other hazards caused by the natural progression of wind, weather, wave actions as well as disturbances caused by the normal maintenance and day to day operation of a marine facility.
There is a duty imposed on each person who avails themselves of this facility to be aware of the above and take the appropriate care and precautions and to assume responsibilities arising from any incidents which may arise by misadventure.

This form must be signed and returned with a non-refundable deposit by December 1, 2012 to reserve your trailer lot, boathouse and/or dock. If you do not wish to renew please remove personal property as soon as possible and return keys if necessary. If space is not renewed by December 1, 2012, we consider rental contract fulfilled and premises available for new tenants. Please read reverse side of this form and return this complete form. Payment is due in full April 1, 2013.
We do not accept credit cards for deposit or payment of rentals. There is a $20.00 service charge on any returned cheques.
