TIME PARTIES SEQUENCE OF EVENTS INVOLVED 14:30 DJ First guests arrive Peaceful background music 14:40 Own Decision Buttonhole sprays are pinned Photographer Photos are taken of groom and best men in front of the church Confetti/rose petals are placed outside the church Candles are lit Groom welcomes the minister 14:50 Master of Guests outside the church are requested to be seated ceremonies (MC) 14:58 Minister Minister welcomes guests Requests that cell phones are switched off Request that guests rise when bride enters Any other arrangements 15:00 Bride Bride, bridesmaids and flower girls arrive 15:05 Bridesmaids Bridesmaids and flower girls enter the church when their song is played Flower girls 15:05 Bride and Father Bride’s song for her groom is played by the DJ Bridesmaid Bride and her father enter the church when her song is played Father of the bride lifts her veil, kisses the bride and shakes hands with the groom He gives the bride to the groom The father of the bride is seated Bridesmaid arranges the bride’s dress and veil 15:05 Minister Minister performs the ceremony 15:45 MC Marriage vows Photographer Rings are exchanged and first kiss follows Videographer ANNOUNCEMENTS BY MINISTER OR MASTER OF CEREMONIES DJ  A group photo will be taken outside  Where the guests are to go to for refreshments after the ceremony  The couple, witnesses, grandparents, parents, bridesmaids, best men, etc have to remain for photos at the bridal register  The guests can exit the church 15:45 Minister Marriage register is signed 15:55 Photographer Photos are taken of everyone involved Videographer DJ plays background music DJ 15:55 Bridal couple Couple leaves the church DJ DJ plays their song 15:55 Bridal couple Confetti/rose petals outside church 16:00 Photographer Bridal couple is congratulated - (arrange with photographer when to depart) 16:10 DJ Group photograph of everyone outside the church DJ packs up and leaves for reception venue 16:15 Photographer Couple leaves with photographer and videographer for their photographs 17:15 Videographer 16:15 DJ Guests enjoy refreshments and chat 17:00 DJ plays background music outside 17:00 MC MC requests that all guests are seated inside the venue
