Produce Barbee Farms, http://www.barbeefarms.net/ Concord For this week we should have sweet potatoes, white potatoes, spinach, lettuce, asparagus, kale raab, fresh baby kale, green garlic, greenhouse cukes, farm fresh eggs, and lots of plant starts for the home gardener.
Coldwater Creek Farm, http://coldwatercreekfarms.blogspot.com/ Mt. Pleasant Lettuce, carrots, Swiss chard, raddico, kale, whole wheat flour, sweet potatoes, cornmeal, grits, and metal flowers (yard art!). We are taking two pig in to be slaughtered next week - we’ll be stocked-up soon.
Correll Farm/Red Barn Market, https://www.facebook.com/correllfarms Cleveland This week we will begin to have ASPARAGUS and some of our spring greens!! Our offerings will include Bak Choi, Koji (an oriental mustard similar to spinach), arugula and lettuce. We will also have herb gardens and pots of basil. We look forward to seeing you in our new space in the Summit Parking Lot.
Greenthumb Gardens Concord Naturally grown produce of all varieties. Greenthumb will be on-hand with some lettuce, arugula, kale, swiss chard, salad mix (mizuna-mustard) and maybe some organic essential oil blends. Ready for natural insect repellent?

KC Farm Mt. Mourne Produce of all varieties, plus cakes and breads. KC will not be at the Market tomorrow, but will be soon.
Kasper Creek, www.kaspercreek.com Huntersville Kasper Creek is a new vendor that will begin coming to Market mid-June. They will have Black beans, October beans, Blue Tip White Half-Runners, Italian zucchini, specialty heirloom tomatoes and okra.
Lomax Incubator Farm Concord Lomax Incubator Farm will begin coming to Market in May and will attend twice a month with their Certified Organic produce.
Peaches & Cream Wadesboro Peaches & Cream will begin coming to Market during strawberry season – around May.
Rowlands Row Farm, www.rrfarmnc.com Gold Hill Rowland Row Farm is a new USDA certified organic seasonal produce vendor. They’ll have shitake mushrooms, cherry belle and French breakfast radishes, Siberian kale, maybe some arugula and small lettuce heads too. And Chicken and duck eggs. Twin Oaks Farm China Grove Welcome back produce farmer Twin Oaks. They will be at Market tomorrow with some early, early spring items.

Fading D Farm Salisbury Fading D Farm is a new vendor and they will begin coming to Market late June with water buffalo meats, cheeses, ricotta, yogurt and water buffalo milk soaps.

This Saturday stop by and sample the delicious flavors of Blueberry Walnut, Cranberry Pistachio and Vanilla Currant Almond granola. Also this week, Queen of Oats will have her meal replacement Dark Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars-they taste like brownies but so much better for you)-and of course her famous Breakfast Power Cookies. Queen of Oats does not and never will add any refined sugar, sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners to her products. When you eat Queen of Oats products you truly know what it feels like to eat like a Queen (or King)! See you Saturday in the Summit parking lot. Flowers, Plants and Herbs Commonwealth Farm, https://www.facebook.com/CommonwealthFarms Concord These hot days have forced our early spring flowers to produce all at once. We'll have the last of our tulips, some ranunculus, poppies, hellebores, lots of long-lasting amaryllis and fragrant stock. Let's hope the cool weather-loving flowers (Ranunculus, in particular) have not given up because of the warm soil temperatures! Next week could be the last chance to get some of those long-lasting beauties. Stop by and see what other surprises we've got. We're definitely hoping for some surprises as we wait for early summer flowers to grow up!!! We will not be at market Mother's Day weekend, but are happy to take pre- orders. Please contact us to order in advance.

Herr’s Fresh Flowers Vale They are back and here to stay for a while - farm grown flowers made into bouquets
