Activity Description and PMI Alignment: Strategy and Planning This class teaches the skills to effectively identify, define and articulate business strategy and processes in planning Scope, Vision, Mission, Roadmaps and Releases.

Learning Objectives:  Educate participants in the three modes of leading: Receptive, Active and Observant.  Provide a method for problem analysis to assist the business in developing and achieving its outcomes. These skills promote the identification of vision/mission and actions/strategies to transform their present problem state into a desired future state.  Teach the participants “drivers” that accelerate Process Change. These accelerators increase conventional and e-competition, providing shorter business cycles.
