Listed below is a partial schedule for major outages that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Texas Eastern Transmission (TE) system for the 2012 outage season. This schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur during the 2012 outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. As TE continues to plan for the 2012 outage season, updates to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date.

Access Area Longview to Kosciusko:

Joaquin to Lufkin (ETX): Potential Repair Dates: Approximately June 20-30

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE’s ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE conducted in-line inspection tool runs between April 12 -20. During this outage, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and probable for primary firm services. In addition restrictions to receipts sourced between Lufkin and Joaquin for delivery outside of Lufkin and Joaquin are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and probable for primary firm services.

During this outage, TE will coordinate system receipts and deliveries with point operators to minimize operational impacts.

Blessing Discharge: (STX) TBD September -October TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the discharge of the Blessing Compressor station. TE will update this outage once exact dates are determined to . perform this maintenance

Thomaston Station (STX): May 30 TE will be conducting station maintenance at the Thomaston Compressor Station. During this outage, restrictions are not anticipated for nominations sourced upstream of Thomaston for delivery downstream of Thomaston. However, if certain operational conditions arise, capacity will be limited to approximately 86,000 Dth through the Thomaston Compressor Station and approximately 27,000 Dth through the Charco Compressor Station for a duration of approximately 8 hours. TE will co- ordinate with upstream point operators in regard to the potential system impacts.

Provident City to Lufkin Line 11 (ETX): June 1 – 20 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE’s ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on Line 11between Provident City and Lufkin. Restriction of receipts on the 24 inch line between Longview/Lebanon for interruptible and secondary firm services may be required. In addition, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Furthermore, restrictions to receipts sourced between Lufkin and Joaquin for delivery outside of Lufkin and Joaquin are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services.

TE will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the Texas Eastern pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Listed below are the pipeline segments scheduled for inspection this year. Each segment will have a caliper tool run, and an ILI tool run.
