Suggested Words for Inviting Your Guests

I’m so excited! I’ve just scheduled a (insert your colorful words) makeover session with my wonderful and very experienced beauty consultant, ______, on ______at ______time. I decided to invite a few of my favorite people, and I immediately though of you because (you’re so much fun, you like to experiment with cosmetics, etc). We’re going to have a great time, and I’d love for you to come. It’s by invitation only. I can only have 5 guests, so I’ll need a definite ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ Can I save you a spot? We’ll start with a special pampering session for your hands, so be sure to be on time. My Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay, ______, will be calling you to get information about your individual skin type and color preferences, if that works for you. That will make the evening go most smoothly and allow her to be prepared to serve you best.

Tips for Success

Here are some tips that will help you enjoy your pampering session more and increase the amount of free products you earn:

 To ensure that 4-5 gals attend, confirm with at least 6-8 people, so you’ll be prepared for any last minute cancellations.

 Invite guests personally – in-person or by phone

 Let them know that products will be available to purchase & take home after the pampering session. However, they may just come and enjoy the free services and their new look if they wish. You get credit for their attendance!

 Call your guests that day before to remind them of the time and place.

 If you’d like to offer light refreshments, please serve them either directly before of after the party (your choice). Beverages would be nice at the beginning.
