6 March 2015 Recreational Vehicle for a trip to New York

Throughout high school you meet a lot of people and make good friends, then graduation comes and you all have to go separate ways and live your own lives. Well before we all go our separate ways I want to do one more memorable thing that we will remember when we all get older, a trip to New York. In this essay I will be looking up the prices for a couple recreational vehicles. The reason why I decided to go with an RV is because I heard plenty of times that the funniest part of the trip is the journey. If we went on a plane we would miss all the stuff the other states have to offer. We could stop and get some barbeque in Texas go to Orlando studios in

Florida and maybe even go to ride around the colleges we might plan on going to. We’re not going to spend the entire trip in New York, no were going to stay and visit each and every state we can.

I will be looking for an affordable RV that we will be able to rent for at least 2 months, the RV must have the following, a kitchen, at least one bathroom, one bedroom, living room, and a good battery to hook up a TV and DVD player for an extended period of time. The budget I have decided is $25,000 dollars at the most. I will have five friends come on the trip and have them contribute 5,000 dollars to the price of the rental

The first website I have found and am comparing prices is at cruiseamerica.com The

Cruise America large RV has a pretty nice kitchen with a refrigerator 3 gas burners a microwave oven, and a furnace. It has a shower and a fresh water toilet and a 110 volt roof air conditioner. It has a big electric generator so a good battery is out of the question. It has a 37 gallon fresh water Moore 2 tank so water isn’t a problem, 6 gallon water heater so we have some hot water, and a 55 gallon fuel tank so we won’t have to fuel up often but we will have to put a lot of gas in. It is 30’ and can hold a maximum of seven people and it’s only a c class rv. The price of the RV for 60 nights is $6000.00 this is affordable and leaves money to pay for gas and pay for all the fun and exciting places we will see while traveling the country. “A traditional motorhome with the self- contained features you expect, including most with a power generator in the USA”

The second RV I will be looking at will be on aclassrv.com this RV as you can guess is an A class RV. It is 38 inches. It altogether looks better in the photos, it has a 100 gallon diesel fuel tank, 85 gallons of fresh water, 10 gallons of a hot water tank, side by side refrigerator with an icemaker, and a shower with a four inch lip for bathtub, and sleeps six. It costs 13,055 for 60 days. I think it is affordable and would be nice to have for the trip. It looks better in the photos probably because it’s an a class rv.

The third RV I will be looking at is at elmonterv.com This RV has an 82 inch height and a 94 inch width. It has an 80 gallon gasoline tank a 65 gallon fresh water tank and a 6 gallon water heater tank. It has less than the other two but it comes with its own flat screen TV

DVD/VCR player, an A.M. /F.M. radio player with a cd player and two batteries. It has a refrigerator, 2 bed, shower, stove, microwave and a wash basin, and a dual ac. This RV looks better than the houses I see at some of my friend’s houses, this RV would cost 22,201.00 leaving not even 3.000 for gas food and activities. This rv is sadly too expensive for our trip

Roadbearrv.com offers another A class RV I have searched.

“This luxurious, amenity-rich 29-32 foot recreational vehicle, will make your

vacation experience one you will never forget. Every convenience you can think Moore 3

of - a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold and a freezer to store the sirloin steaks

for tonight's barbeque dinner. For entertainment, you'll have an LCD TV/DVD so

you can watch movies, the big game, and the kids can entertain themselves.”

This RV would cost only 7,974.00 and did I forget to add the best part, that’s including Wi-Fi for free. It leaves plenty of money for the rest of the trip and we could drop it off in new York and get a plane ride back to California because after all that driving I don’t think we are going to be wanting to drive back.

The fifth and last RV would be the http://www.classamotorhomerentals.net/Country.htm

2 bathroom and one is humungous, a big kitchen, a nice looking chair for the driver, it even has two flat screen TVs one on the inside and one on the outside and has a nice tent if we don’t want to stay inside for the entire time we can just get the tent out and relax outside.

“One can get lost just admiring the beauty of this coach. She has been

completely customized to be a one-of-kind beauty. The interior remodeling, the

outside colors and awnings everywhere, the inside amenities, well the luxury and

the beauty are endless.” (http://www.classamotorhomerentals.net/Country.htm)

This rv would cost 76,000 for two months compared to the other rv this rv cost 50,000 more than the other rvs’i and we do not have that much money so class a motor homes is scratched off the list http://www.classamotorhomerentals.net/Country. The next RV was from roadbearrv.com this rv comes with 4 beds one shower and flush toilet, 3 burner gas stoves one microwave and refrigerator, plus a led TV and a dvd player and plus my favorite free 3g/4g Wi-

Fi for only 7,974.00 and we can leave the rv in new York and catch a plan back to California this is on the top of my list right now. The third RV is elmonterv.com it costs 22,100.00 with no Wi- Moore 4

Fi, elmonterv.com. The second RV I looked at was from aclassrv.com and costs 13,055 with no

Wi-Fi and had nothing to challenge the roadbearrv.com RV, it did not even have a TV, aclassrv.com. The first RV I looked at was from cruiseamericas.com. And was a c class RV, and

I think we would be squished in that one even though it says a maximum of 7 people.

Cruiseamericas.com. so with that said I have decided to go with the roadbearrv.com RV even though it did not have the best exterior appearance it has the best to offer in the interior and the best price. For an interior room model.

Now that we got the rv let’s talk about the trip. We plan on hitting the most exciting places the U.S has to offer going that way and trying domino’s pizza from every state. We would first stop and visit the grand canyons in Arizona then buy a domino’s pizza and then drive through New Mexico because all I could find there where museums, zoos, and aquariums. The next state would be Texas. We would stay in Texas for about a week and visit all three of the six flags, go to sea world and eat some barbeque and I would visit my mom who lives in Texas.

Before we leave we will buy some domino’s pizza and then head to the next state Louisiana. We would go to the six flags in New Orleans then I would go visit my Granma and head back on the road with our domino’s pizza probably only stay there for two days because I know firsthand

Louisiana is boring. The next three states would be Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia which I couldn’t find anything to do there except the world of coca cola in Georgia, so we would do them like we did New Mexico.

The next state would be Florida which would be an actual detour we would probably spend a week to two weeks in Florida because of all it has to offer. We would go to Walt Disney world, sea world, universal Orlando, Disney Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Island and adventures, Disney typhoon Lagoon, The wizarding world of harry potter, Disney blizzard Moore 5 beach, and the Miami SeaWorld. We could problem end the trip in Florida and come back. The next states we would just drive past since we most likely spent a month in Florida just stopping t jersey to get the pizza. We would stop in Maryland, New Jersey to visit six flags then finally be in New York. In New York we would visit the national park, the empire state building the statue of liberty, time square, Coney Island and turn in our rv and enjoy the plane ride home. On the plane we would decide which state has the best domino’s pizza. (1631 words) Moore 6
