Adjudication Invitation for the 2016

Invitation to Eligible ADCRGs Worldwide to Submit Your Name for the Ballot to Select Adjudicators for the 2017 IDTANA-Southern Region Oireachtas

It is with great pleasure that the IDTANA - Southern Region extends this invitation to all eligible ADCRG’s worldwide to put their names forward to be included on a ballot to select adjudicators for the 2017 IDTANA-Southern Region Oireachtas. The Oireachtas will be held on December 1-2-3, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia.

 Adjudicators selected to judge this event must not have judged the IDTANA Southern Region Oireachtas in either 2015 or 2016.

 Adjudicators must also comply with all current An Coimisiun and IDTANA directives regarding Criteria for Adjudication, as well as any future directives issued prior to the Oireachtas.

 In accordance with U.S. law, all non U.S. Residents / U.S. Citizens will be required to obtain a valid P-3 Visa to work at this event. All costs associated with applying for and collecting the P-3 Visa will be the sole responsibility of the ADCRG. Failure to provide proof of having obtained a valid P-3 Visa by September 1, 2017, will result in cancellation without compensation of any invitation to work at this event.

 In addition, you must confirm that you do not have any conflicts with any dancers or dancing schools in the IDTANA – Southern Region (which includes the states of Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, West Virginia, Louisiana, as well as the District of Columbia and Mexico).

Adjudicators interested in putting their names forward for consideration should complete and submit the following form to be received by email only no later than 11:59 PM US Eastern Standard Time on October 8, 2016. The adjudication panel will be voted on by the IDTANA – Southern Region membership at their pre-Oireachtas meeting in December 2016.
