Swimming Pool Rules

Swimming Pool Rules POOL HOURS: 8am until 10pm Tuesday thru Sunday 1) WARNING: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owner assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. 2) YOU MUST DIAL 911 FOR EMERGENCIES! 3) Pool-yard gates may not be propped open otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily. 4) No children under the age of 18 will be allowed in the pool at any time, unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or a person over the age of 18 years who has been given written authority by the parent or guardian to supervise the child and who has assumed responsibility for such supervision. 5) Residents and guests must be especially careful in supervising and watching their young children at the pool. Please be sure that young children do not leave the apartment unnoticed and that they do not wander into the pool area alone. 6) Only residents and their guests may use the pool. No more than 2 guests of an apartment unit may use the pool at any one time without the express approval of La Plaza. 7) Drinking or eating while in the water is strictly prohibited and glass containers are never allowed anywhere within the pool area. 8) CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGTES IS PROHIBITED!!! 9) NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. 10) Any person who is, in the sole judgment of La Plaza staff, under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be excluded from the pool area. 11) No cookouts, picnics, or parties are allowed in the pool area. 12) No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct, or noise, which disturbs any residents, is allowed in the pool area. 13) Diving into the shallow part of the pool is not permitted. 14) No radio or stereo equipment that requires the use of live electricity will be allowed anywhere in the pool area. 15) Toys, inner tubes, or other objects not specifically meant for use in a swimming pool are prohibited. 16) BE RESPECTFUL OF THE EQUIPMENT WE HAVE PLACE D OUT THERE FOR YOUR USE!! Place your own personal towels over the furniture before applying oils. Remember that the safety equipment is for emergency situations only. DO NOT PLAY WITH THE SAFETY EQUIPMENT!!! 17) Those using the pool must dry themselves off before exiting the pool area. 18) REMEMBER: La Plaza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 19) Residents are responsible for the cost of clean up and damage repair expenses caused by the resident and their guests. 20) RESIDENTS SHOULD FEEL FREE TO ASK OTHERS TO CEASE ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES!!! Please notify La Plaza immediately of any rule violation. 21) Parents, guardians, and custodians of children are responsible for the children’s compliance with these rules. THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL RESIDENTS, OCCUPANTS, GUESTS, AND THEIR CHILDREN. 22) Proper swimming apparel must be worn at all times in the pool area. 23) Pool will be closed every Monday in order for chemical checks to be performed. 24) VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL ENTITLE LA PLAZA TO TERMINATE RESIDENT’S RIGHTS OF OCCUPANCY!!!
