Sunnyvale Band Christmas Carol/Wreath Order Form

To help our students raise funds for our 2014 Sunnyvale Fine Arts Band Trip, we are taking orders for Christmas Carols and Christmas Wreaths to be performed and delivered “live” at your home or another’s home for the holidays. What a great gift! Deliveries will only be made in the Sunnyvale area or very near Mesquite area. 100% of the donation applies to the sponsored student of your choice. We have two nights from which you can choose your live “caroling experience”. New for this year is the addition of fresh Christmas Wreaths from our band to your home. Our group will bring this live wreath to you on the night of the performance; alternatively, you can pick up your wreath at Sunnyvale High School. The wreath price and caroling suggested donation prices are listed below; we know you will enjoy these beautiful wreaths and wonderful music for the holidays. Orders must be turned in by Nov 20 th for the Dec. 7th and 8th delivery dates.
