List of the Documents required to be submitted at the time of Submission of Registration Form to the School for Admission.

For Class I to X 1. Two passport size photograph of the candidate. 2. Two passport size photograph of Mother & Father. 3. Medical Fitness certificate from M.B.B.S. Doctor. 4. Previous Class Report Card (Photostat + Original). 5. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) in original countersigned by the Education Officer of the Area. 6. Attested photostate copy of proof of residence- Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card,Electricity / Phone Bill. 8. Self attested proof of Parents Professional Occupation. 9. Self attested photostate copy of Sibling's Report Card. 10. Photocopy of PAN Card, ( Self Attested ) 11. Attested photostate copy of the Govt. Certificate Of S.C./S.T./O.B.C. Category ( if applicable). 12. Only for Class X: (a) Registration Card (in original) issued by CBSE for Final Exams. (b) Permission from C.B.S.E. For direct admission to the class.

For Class XI to XII 1.Two passport size photograph of the candidate. 2.Two passport size photograph of Mother & Father. 3. Medical Fitness certificate from M.B.B.S. Doctor. (a) For Class XI :- Photostat copy of X class mark sheet duly attested by a Gazzestted officer. (b) For Class XII :- Photostat copy of XI class marksheet in original. 4. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) in original countersigned by the Education Officer of the Area. 5. Photostat copy of Birth Certificate attested by Gazzestted Officer. 6. Attested photostate copy of proof of residence- Voter ID Card, Driving License, Ration Card,Electricity / Phone Bill. 7. Attested Proof of Parents Profession/Occupation/Business. 8. Self attested photostate copy of Sibling's Report Card. 9. Attested photostate copy of the Govt. Certificate Of S.C./S.T./O.B.C. Category ( if applicable). 10. Photocopy of PAN Card, (Self Attested) 11. Only for Class XII: Permission from C.B.S.E. For direct admission to the class.

Note : Documents submitted at the time of Registration Form to the school will be school property in future for the record section.

School will not entertain any application without the above mentioned List of Documents at the time of "ADMISSION" in any
