I would like to share some information with you regarding Goodheart-Wilcox. As of March 31, 2010 Nelson Education will no longer distribute Goodheart-Wilcox higher education product. Oxford University Press will take over as the Canadian distributor effective April 1, 2010. Please note that Nelson Education will continue distribution of Goodheart-Wilcox school level product until May, 2011.

Nelson Education will continue to distribute for many trades publishers including American Technical Publishers, Industrial Press, Centennial College Press and CMHC. We are also in touch with your faculty regarding this change.

Returns:

Returns of Goodheart-Willcox product purchased from Nelson Education prior to the Oxford University Press acquisition date of April 1, 2010 may be returned to Nelson Education for credit until June 30, 2010. Credit will be issued provided that the terms and conditions of our returns policy guidelines are met. To view our returns policy please visit www.nelson.com

Outstanding backorder fulfillment:

All backorders of Goodheart-Willcox titles not shipped prior to April 1, 2010 will be transferred and fulfilled by OUP. Please direct all backorder inquires to Kelly Hoskins at Oxford University Press at 416-441-2941 ex. 2502 or via email to [email protected].

Invoice payments:

All Nelson Education Ltd. invoices for Goodheart-Willcox higher education product dated prior to April 1, 2010 will continue to be directed to Nelson Education Ltd and are subject to our normal remittance terms. For your reference please see the attached announcement related to the change in distribution of Goodheart-Willcox product.
