3. Domestic Abuse & Violence (DAV) Update Amina gave an update on the work undertaken with partners so far. This involved asking partners to complete a questionnaire enabling us to scope how partners individually respond to DAV. Following the initial scoping exercise individual meetings were held with partners to gain a better understanding of what policies, procedures & referral pathways partners have for DAV. Training needs were also identified and actioned such as MARAC training etc. The DAV directory will provide a useful tool for partners which will be uploaded on to the BCH Website when finalised.

Presentations then followed from Fortalice, Paws for Kids, Victim Support & the Councils Housing Advice. A copy of each presentation is available on the BCH Website www.boltoncommunityhomes.co.uk contact details and how to make a referral are below and also available on the website.

5. Action Plan Priorities 2013/2014 The BCH Board awarded the ASB Cross Tenure Group £10,000 for 2013/2014. So far the group has committed £3000 which has contributed towards Hate Crime Awareness Week held in January. The Group was reminded that £7000 is still available to support ASB priorities and members are encouraged to contact Jenny if they have any ideas. Funding can pay for projects which tackle ASB, training etc.

BCH recently met with Raise the Youth to discuss opportunities to work together. Jenny is currently working with them to see how this would work and what they can offer. In addition, Great Places has done some work with Bolton Wanderers Community Trust and further information will be shared with the group at its next meeting.
