CAUCUS AGENDA

1. Approve the Caucus and Business Meeting minutes of November 20, 2014 2. Approve the Treasurer/Secretary report for the month of November 2014. 3. Approve the current and auxiliary List of Bills for payment, and any and all bills that will be forthcoming in the month of December 2014. 4. Approve Resolution No. 16-2014, Kennedy Highland Phase 2 subdivision, Lot Parcel 154-S- 00029. 5. Approve Resolution No. 17-2014, Police Pension Contributions for 2015. 6. Approve Resolution No. 19-2014, Sir Henry Haven Preliminary and Final Lot Consolidation. 7. Approve Resolution No. 20-2014, Sir Henry Haven Preliminary Site Plan. 8. Approve Resolution No. 21-2014, Increasing the Sewer System User Rates to coincide with ALCOSAN user rate increase. 9. Approve Resolution No. 22-2014, Establishing a Revised Fee Schedule for tap-in fees. 10. Approve to advertise the 2015 Township Meeting Schedules: Caucus Sessions: Second Tuesday of each month, except that in the month of January the meeting shall be Monday January 5th; and the November meeting shall be Tuesday the 17th. Business Sessions: Second Tuesday of each month, except that in the month of January the meeting shall be Monday January 5th; immediately following the Caucus session; and the November meeting shall be Tuesday the 17th. ALL MEETING SHALL COMMENCE AT 7:00PM PREVAILING TIME. The Planning Commission shall convene on the fourth Wednesday of each Month, except that in the months of November and December the meeting shall be held on the third Wednesday. All meetings shall commence at 7:00pm prevailing time. 11. Approve to advertise the intent to adopt Ordinance No. 499 approving interest and penalties and further adopting a schedule of attorney fees in connection with the collection of taxes, tax claims, tax liens, municipal claims, and municipal liens.
