 Is it easy for Crew to handle?

4. Innovation:

 Is this a new concept or refreshed idea?

 Does it push the boundaries for its product type?

 Does the offering enhance what the airline brand?

5. Quality:

 What is the overall quality of the product?  What is the customer perceived value of the product?

 How long is the product life circle?

 Has the product been designed with sustainable ingredients in mind?
