15th April 2015 Dear Parents, The trip options that we are considering for Senior Cycle are as follows Option 1: Geneva (in 4 th year) Easter 2016 Duration: 2 or3 nights/4day tour €500/€600 The above includes: Return flights Visit to CERN Natural History Museum Science Museum Salt mines visit, Shopping &Theme Park / Glacier walk Evening Activities (all of above subject to availability) Half board accommodation -3star Hotel/ Hostel and Lunch
Option 2: SKIING (in 5 th year) Feb 2017 Duration: 7 nights & 6 days skiing €1000/€1100
The above includes: Return flights Return transfers to/from airport to hotel 7 nights half board accommodation 6 days x hot lunch 6 day lift pass for designated area 6 day x4hrs ski lessons 6 day ski & boot hire 6 day helmet hire All Irish & airport taxes Comprehensive ski travel insurance Airport & resort representation Bag carriage Evening Activities

Date: ______RULES for School Trip
1. Disobedience, bad manners, rudeness, rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Students must stay together in groups, (a minimum of three) at all times.
3. Students are not allowed to smoke, drink alcohol or possess drugs.
4. Fraternisation with anyone other than the Beaufort Group is strictly forbidden
5. Students must NOT leave their bedrooms or roam the corridors at night. Visits to other bedrooms are forbidden and students may not swap bedrooms.
6. When students have been checked by their teacher, they must not open their bedroom door or go out onto the balcony. Students must go to sleep when checked by their teacher at night.
7. Internal telephones must not be used in bedrooms except to get in touch with a teacher in an emergency.
8. Students must be punctual at all times for meals, buses, etc and must follow the itinerary set out for them.
9. Students must be courteous at all times to their teachers, peers, guides etc Remember you are representing your family, school & country.
10. If any of the above rules are breached, Parents will be contacted immediately (DAY OR NIGHT) by telephone and students may be sent home at their own expense.
11. Expulsion will be imposed for possession and distribution of drugs to others. 12. Inclusion on this tour is subject to a high standard of behaviour during transition year
