What were the most useful or relevant aspects of the pm? - Her using the overhead for notes - USGA greens specs - Everything (2) - The paper – it was easy to put what was learned into practice - USGA green section stuff - Plumley herself - The soils survey and land capability report - I really enjoyed writing my soil paper and learning about my local soils - The report was very helpful in gaining more local knowledge - How everything will relate to golf courses - It is very relevant to growing a good playing surface - Talking about green specs - Great, thank you. All topics were really useful – she needs more time - Good information - Sand green mixes

Presenter E G F U Comments - Planned way too much in for class - Keep up the good work - Thank you 22 13 1 0 Karen Plumley - Nice lady, good teacher

1 OTHER COMMENTS: - She was very open for questions, great teacher - I wish we had more time to thoughtfully complete these evaluation forms - Great class – very informative. Need more time with soils, G.C. maintenance & incorporate the perspectives class - Very good, I liked it a lot, very useful - It would be neat if we could build an artificial USGA soil profile in a PVC tube - Last class was the best - I would rather have had the soil class done in the fifth or sixth week than having to do it before finals - Again, bigger Power Point for easier reading and note taking, need more time in class discussion on soil paper - Good class - My favorite class. Plumley was great, good information, good content - Thank you, great energy in class, would be nice to feel different soil samples. It would be also be helpful to go over soil reports earlier so we have more time, and are less crunched at final time. - Give websites to help with sand buying and testing and some web pages with USGA specs. More about California and pushups, maybe
