TIMELINE OF YOUR LIFE

 Create a timeline of your life. A year by year sequence, list in time order, of things you have done.  Record World Events that have occurred during your life  Record your predicted future at age 18, things you hope to achieved, for example maybe  the job you’d like to do or what you would like achieve in school or clubs which you belong  Record your predicted age at 70, the long term – (this is quite difficult at your age) but try to imagine you are 70. What sort of things would you hope to have done, what places will you seen, any people you would like to meet, where you would like to live and if you want a family? You may wish to draw some parts of your future life: your house or your family for example.

A FAMILY TREE

 Create a family tree for three generations of your family (that’s you, your parents and your grandparents – you can go back further if you wish)  You can include photographs, drawings or just names Here is an example

ETYMOLOGY OF YOUR FAMILY NAME

 Research the etymology of your family name (if you have more than one family name you can either choose one or do both)  Family crest, coat of arms, moto  Any other interesting information about your family name that you may come across in your research
