5 th Grade End of the Year Field Trip

Parents, Thanks so much for your feedback on the end of the year parent survey that was sent out a few weeks ago. After analyzing the surveys the majority vote was for the Stone Mountain trip. Attached to this letter we have included the breakdown of the end of the year activity prices. We will have two different options in regards to payments.

Option #1: Payment in full. Total $115.00 due no later than March 2, 2015

Option #2: 3 Installment payments. January 16th: $40.00, February 13th: $40.00 and March 2nd: $35.00. All payments must be made in cash or money order made payable to Evoline C. West Elementary School (5th grade end of the year trip)

Tentative Date: May 2014 (confirmation will be sent later)

Activities Include: Sky Ride, Mini Golf, Train, 4-D Movie, Duck Tour, Geysers Tower (this is where the students can get wet), Ski-Hike, Plantation(Sherman’s Atlanta Campaign), and Memorial Hall

Student Lunch Choice: Turkey Sandwich, Sandwich Wrap, or Hotdog chips, cookie, and choice of drink

Total Children Price: $ 25.00 park $10.00 lunch, $15 duck tour = $50.00

Total Adult Price: $ 25.00 park $10 lunch, $15 duck tour = $ 50.00

*ALL parents will have to pay the adult price if they would like to attend the field trip.

*The students will pay an additional $25 to cover buses. Total cost for this field trip is $70.00 per student.
