[1180-2] 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A JOINT RESOLUTION 10 11 TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF 12 LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION - BOARD OF 13 REGISTRATION FOR FORESTERS, RELATING TO FEES 14 FOR REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL, DESIGNATED AS 15 REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4627, PURSUANT TO 16 THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF 17 THE 1976 CODE. 18 19 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South 20 Carolina: 21 22 SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Labor, 23 Licensing and Regulation - Board of Registration for Foresters, 24 relating to Fees for Registration and Renewal, designated as 25 Regulation Document Number 4627, and submitted to the General 26 Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 27 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved. 28 29 SECTION 2.
