If you are taking this little quiz, you are interested in the bilingual, bicultural Guatemala summer program. We are happy you are interested in participating! Students in the program range from fluent Spanish speakers to those who studied Spanish in high school or college and are a bit rusty. There are two tracks of classes available. The most fluent students take classes entirely in Spanish. Others take one class in Spanish (Lawyering Across Borders), one class in English, and they work with an individual teacher on their Spanish at the Spanish school with which we work.

So, take this short quiz that will let us know your level of Spanish so we can appropriately place you in the program! You may use a dictionary if you do not recognize a word, but please do not use a translation or grammar program to complete it because we want to get a clear picture of your level of Spanish. If you arrive at a part that is beyond your knowledge, just leave it blank
