Date: ______CVC #______(back of card) 8) A $500.00 security deposit will be authorized on your credit card (but not charged) and the total rent will be due 30 days before your stay. All but $300.00 will be refunded if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival. 9) We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damaged or lost items as well as excessive clean up incurred after your departure. We will charge the full $500.00 security deposit if anyone in your party smokes in the cabin or if there is a failure to follow and comply with the CHECK OUT instructions posted on the refrigerator. Ex: Windows/Doors left open or unlocked could result in damage or theft to the property. Ex: Loose or un-bagged trash in or by the trashcans will result in a $50.00 handling fee. 10) You must inform the owners of the type of group you have before you book your stay. No high school groups, college groups, weddings, receptions, or groups under 25 years of age will be allowed, unless approved by the owner in advance. 11) There are two canoes with four paddle s, four kayaks with four paddle s, and ten tubes that are owned and operated by Riverstone Lodge. Use at your own risk. It is required that an adult of at least 21 years of age supervise and be in a canoe that is in use. Life jackets are provided, or you can bring your own and should be worn for your safety. All Canoes, Kayaks, and Tubes are to be locked up when not in use. Owner can exercise discretion and deny use during inclement weather. Do not leave the canoes, kayaks, paddles or tubes near the river before a storm or they might be lost or damaged. If the following is lost or damaged you will be charged: Canoes $500.00, Canoe Paddles $30.00 Kayaks $250.00, Kayak Paddles $80.00, Tubes $15.00Life Jackets $25.00 Please be responsible and respectful of RSL property. 12) Report any missing or damaged property on your arrival and departure. 13) Please do not move or remove or leave any of the outdoor watercraft equipment at any other location than at Riverstone lodge. Please make sure everything is locked up and in its place prior to your departure! 14) Please do not take or leave any furniture or chairs outside the lodge and do not move or re arrange the furniture inside the lodge. If you must re arrange, place the furniture back as you found it! 15) Please do not move dishes, cups or towels etc. from Riverstone lodge to another lodge or leave any of these type of items on the decks or outside by the fire pit, picnic pavilion or river deck. 16) No pets are allowed 17) Hunting is prohibited. CRR is a wild life refuge. 18) No fireworks or firearms are allowed. 19) No loud music allowed. Music carries across the water and can be loud down the river, disturbing the neighbors. 20) No drugs, drunken or disorderly conduct including “skinny dipping” will be tolerated. 21) If you violate this agreement, or display behavior resulting in complaints to the Coosawattee River Resort Association or to the owners, or have more guests than you paid for, the owners may terminate this agreement, and enter the premises and require all guests to vacate the premises immediately forfeiting all rents and security deposits. 22) I have carefully read and understand this entire agreement and will comply with it entirely. I will hold the owners and Riverstone Lodge, LLC harmless for any liability arising from any bodily injury and or property damage incurred by my guests or myself. ***Please sign and fax, email, or mail back to confirm your stay.
