Unless noted otherwise, the following professionals qualify for TN-1 status if they have a baccalaureate degree or a licenciatura degree in their professions:

TN List  Accountant (baccalaureate, CPA, CA,  Mathematician CGA, or CMA)  Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technologist  Agriculturist/Agronomist (Canada)/ Must have:  Animal breeder o baccalaureate or  Animal Scientist o post secondary diploma *and three years'  Apiculturist experience  Architect (baccalaureate or state/provincial license. Also see (U.S. job must be in a laboratory to perform Landscape Architect, below) chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, or bacteriological tests, and analyses  Astronomer for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease)  Biochemist  Biologist  Meteorologist  Chemist  Nurse, Registered (must have state/provincial  Computer systems analyst Must license) have:  Nutritionist o baccalaureate or  Occupational Therapist (baccalaureate or o post secondary diploma *and state/provincial license) three years' experience  Oceanographer  Dairy Scientist  Pharmacist (baccalaureate or state/provincial  Dentist (DDS, DMD, or license) state/provincial license)  Pharmacologist  Dietician (baccalaureate or  Physician (teaching and/or research only, MD or state/provincial license) state/provincial license)  Disaster Relief Insurance Claims  Physicist Adjuster Must have:  Physio/Physical Therapist (baccalaureate or o baccalaureate or 3 years' state/provincial license) experience in claims  Plant Breeder adjustment, and o completed training in  Poultry Scientist appropriate areas of insurance  Psychologist (must have state/provincial license. adjustment pertaining to Cannot qualify with just baccalaureate degree) disaster relief claims  Range Manager/Range Conservationist  Economist  Recreational Therapist  Engineer (baccalaureate or  Research Assistant (baccalaureate and U.S. job in state/provincial license) a post-secondary educational institute)  Entomologist  Social Worker  Epidemiologist  Soil Scientist  Forester (baccalaureate or  Statistician state/provincial license) (Also see  Sylviculturist/Forestry Specialist (also see Sylviculturist, below) Forester, above)  Geneticist  Teacher (baccalaureate degree: must be coming to  Geochemist work for a college, seminary or university only);  Geographer no secondary or elementary school teaching.  Technician or Technologist, Scientific.
