Contract between Employer and Independent Contractor

This AGREEMENT was made on [ ] between Finest Chauffeurs LLC and ______. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

1. CONTRACTOR AGREES TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR FINEST CHAUFFEURS LLC:

The contractor agrees to refer clients to Finest Chauffeurs LLC who may be interested in the chauffeuring service Finest Chauffeurs LLC provides.

The Contractor will have the client sign up for the service, make a reservation and provide us with the referral code the client provided to Finest Chauffeurs LLC. The Contractor understands he will only be credited for accounts that sign up with his referral code at the time they make their reservation and will be paid $30.00 after each time Finest Chauffeurs is paid by the client totaling $400.00. (After Finest Chauffeurs totals $400.00 in service fees, excluding tips to drivers the Contractor will be paid $30.00). All you need to do is make one referral, one time and receive checks of $30.00 every time that client accumulates $400.00 in service fees with Finest Chauffeurs LLC.

Our service area for the chauffeuring service is NY, NJ and CT.

Furthermore the client can make referral fees by referring clients who may need a bank drop escort. Our fee is $50 per hour, but it is negotiable depending on the business, multiple locations and the number of bank drops from a site.

The Contractor understands whatever price Finest Chauffeurs LLC decides to charge the Client, the Contractor will be paid $30.00 for each referral when those clients pay $400 in service fees, and Finest Chauffeurs LLC will send you a check for $30.00 every time they accumulate $400 in fees. This applies to private individuals as well who may require a bank drop escort.

2. Time for Performance: Starts the day this agreement is signed by both parties

4. Invoices: Finest Chauffeurs will send the Contractor an invoice detailing the client’s usage, number of hours. Finest Chauffeurs will not divulge any personal information about the Clients destination or passengers to the Contractor. Only the number of hours the Client has used the service.

5. Independent Contractor: The parties intend Contractor to be an independent contractor in the performance of these services. Contractor shall have the right to control and determine the method and means of performing the above services; Client shall not have the right to control or determine such method or means.

6. Other Clients: Contractor retains the right to perform services for other clients.

7. Assistants: Contractor, at Contractor's expense, may employ such assistants, as Contractor deems appropriate to carry out this agreement. Contractor will be responsible for paying such assistants, as well as any expense attributable to such assistants, including income taxes, unemployment insurance, and social security taxes, and will maintain workers' compensation insurance for such employees.

8. Equipment and Supplies: Contractor, at Contractor's own expense, will provide all equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to perform the above services, and will be responsible for all other expenses required for the performance of those services.

9. Expiration of Agreement: The Contractor and Finest Chauffeurs both agree this agreement can be terminated at any time, however the Contractor will continue to be paid for Clients he/she has referred who continue to use the services provided by Finest Chauffeurs LLC.
