FILM LONDON IN 90 SECONDS: Capital Tales

The London Borough of Hackney in association with Film London invites you to submit a 90 second film shot in your borough, giving you a chance to win a cash prize of £500 and the opportunity of having your film screened before a public audience in 2011. Your film can be on any subject, any genre but if you need inspiration here are themes to get your creativity flowing: Hidden London, Breaking Down the Walls and Flying High but you are not in any way restricted to these themes/titles.

The grassroots competition aimed at new film-makers is requesting entries under the theme of Capital Tales, inviting submissions which tell a story about London in a minute and a half. In addition to the cash prize Film London will be providing Hackney with a free film-making workshop run by professional film-makers. The winning Hackney Film will also have the opportunity to be selected by a film industry panel and screened at the annual Film London Best of Borough Awards at BAFTA in 2011.

The Deadline for all entries is March 21st.
