*** Public hearing for a special one day malt beverage license for TNT Enterprises for a dart tournament on March 19th, 2016 at the Wagner National Guard Armory.

*** Public hearing for an on-sale liquor license for the Dakota Bowl and End.

NEW BUSINESS

*** Cheryl Juracek and other residents present from SE 3rd Street regarding sewer issues.

*** Approval to surplus scrap iron.

*** Approval authorizing Roger Schroeder as President of the Council to sign checks.

*** Approval of pay request #4 for Menning Backhoe for $228,967.23.

*** Approval of pay request #9 for Summit Contracting for $37,921.61.

*** Approval of Resolution No.2015-06, a resolution providing for a surcharge for improvements to the wastewater system, for payment of revenue bond for the 1st Street SE and Front Avenue SE Project.

*** First reading of Ordinance No. 2015-08, Supplemental Appropriation Ordinance for 2015.

*** Discussion and approval of airport hangar building lease increase.

*** Approval for State Financial Assistance for the design for crosswind runway and hangar taxiway reconstruction and authorization for the Mayor to be the authorized representative for the Sponsor.
