Update Using the Online Method (wireless access required)

To update, you need the ac adapter that comes with the Braille Sense. Reminder, never use a charger other than the charger that comes with the Braille Sense.

Update with Online Method: 1. From File Manager, open the Utilities menu. 2. Move to the last item in the Utilities menu “Upgrade Braille Sense” and press enter. 3. You can update “Online” if you have a wireless connection. Press enter on the Online option. As needed, scroll between the online and offline methods. 4. Once you press “enter” to begin the update, you will be told that your option settings will be lost. You will be asked if you wish to continue. Press y for yes. 5. The Braille Sense will update and restart.

Use the YouTube App: 1. From File Manager, open the Media menu. 2. Scroll or jump to the last item in the list, YouTube. Enter to open the app. 3. There are eight items to choose from. Enter on the one you want to open. * Top Menu Search * Top Rated * Top Favorites * Most Viewed * Most Recent * Most Discussed * Most Responded * Recently Featured

YouTube Search: 1. Within the YouTube App, enter on the first item “Search” to open it. 2. Write your search term in the edit box that comes up. Then press enter. 3. Scroll up and down the list of results. 4. Enter to play a result choice. 5. “Loading” will be displayed. 7. Once the item starts playing, space to pause and play. 8. Other available commands: * Increase volume: space with up scroll * Decrease volume = space + down scroll * Start = space * Pause = backspace * Reload = enter o * Repeat toggle = r * Cache and play = enter + p * Rate it = enter + e * Leave a comment = enter + m * Go back = backspace + b *Return to top menu = space + 1 2 5 6 * Move to previous search result = enter + v * Region = enter + r * Play = enter 9. It looks like space + e will go back by level. 10. Once an item is playing, it looks like space with both pause and play. 11.
