 Make a journal entry describing the day you found the rock that geologists all over the world have been looking for. Make sure you include a description of each property (luster, color, streak, hardness) and state whether the rock is igneous, metamorphic or sedimentary. Where were you when you discovered this rock? *This must be typed*

 Collect three totally different rocks. Draw a picture of each rock on a piece of paper and take a picture of each rock. Record at least six physical traits about each rock. Then, identify the type of rock and record the clues that you used to help you determine if it was sedimentary, metamorphic, or igneous. (Tape the pictures on a piece of paper, list the properties, and identify the rock below the picture).
