ORANGEWOOD AVENUE ANAHEIM, CA 92806 PREREQUISITE: GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ROPE RESCUE AND RELATED SYSTEMS, PREFERABLY RESCUE SYSTEMS I WHEN: JUNE 6 – 10, 2016 TIME: 0800 – 1700 HRS COST: $650.00 (Out of State add $175.00) INSTRUCTOR: WAYNE CHAPMAN, CAPTAIN LEAD INSTRUCTOR, STATE FIRE TRAINING

THIS COURSE IS TUITION-FREE FOR STUDENTS EMPLOYED BY PUBLIC SAFETY OR OTHER EMERGENCY RESPONSE AGENCIES FROM WITHIN ORANGE COUNTY AND WILL BE FUNDED BY THE ANAHEIM/SANTA ANA UASI. BACKFILL AND OVERTIME ARE NOT COVERED. SEATS WILL BE ALLOCATED BY AGENCY AS PER THE OC FIRE OPERATIONS CHIEFS AND PER SPACE AVAILABLE IN THE CLASSES. TUITION IS REQUIRED FOR OUT- OF-COUNTY STUDENTS.

NO PHONE RESERVATIONS This course will address the regulations governing confined space entry and rescue, confined space hazards, atmospheric monitoring, hazard control, confined space permits, space assessment, personal protective equipment, respiratory protective system, patient recovery systems and removal devices, and rescue team organization. The course includes actual hands-on rescue scenarios.

Out of Orange County registrants, please fill out registration form and mail with Purchase Order or payment made out to the North Net Fire Training Center at the above address. No refunds will be issued. Substitutes are acceptable, but individuals will need to notify North Net at phone #714-978-7304, 10 days prior to class. If payment does not accompany registration, your slot may be bumped by an incoming registration with payment.
