Your job is to find each exercise’s PRIMARY MUSCLE (1-point) and SECONDARY MUSCLE(S) (1-point) that it works out. Lastly, you must add a picture (1-point) of the exercise in the space below.

All three offer a number of different group classes to their members. Visit their website (as a guest) and see what opportunities people have at their gyms. The classes offered focus on nearly all components of fitness. Some focus on flexibility while others work muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory endurance. Find 5 different options of classes or group fitness offered by the gyms. Give 1 fact about that class or describe what that workout entails. You may have to research that type of class on the internet outside of the health clubs specific site. An example is below.
