Exhibitor Credentials

CREDENTIAL INFORMATION

WHAT IS: EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS The exhibitor credential system for show days will be the same as the 2007 process. 2 hours prior to show open, exhibitors will have access to the show floor by showing their exhibitor name credential at one of the show entrances. Once the show opens to the public, each staff person will be required to show their exhibitor credential and photo ID (i.e driver’s license, health card, etc.) at one of the show entrances. Once an exhibitor has entered the show once, they will be given the following options for same day re- entry: i) showing photo ID and exhibitor credential each time ii) showing photo ID and exhibitor credential upon first entry each day and receiving a hand stamp or wristband for in-out privileges. See the enclosed order forms for both exhibitor and working dealers’ exhibitor credentials.

Similar to 2007, all on-site staff and contractors will be required to wear show credentials at all times during move-in/move-out. Entrances to the show floor will be monitored and access will be denied to those without a name badge. Security will also be routinely checking the show floor for badges. In order to assist you with quick access into your space, please fill in the enclosed document “On-Site Move- in/Move-Out Staff and Contractors”. Please advise all on-site staff and contractors that they must stop by the staging yard trailer to pick up their show credentials as soon as they arrive on the Exhibition Place grounds.

A TRADE BADGE? A badge for those in the marine industry attending the show - not working an exhibit. Six (6) badge types are available – Manufacturer, Manufacturer’s Rep., Marine Services, Wholesaler, Dealer, and Retailer & Marina. These badges allow access during public hours only with the exception of Manufacturers’ Representatives which are allowed in 2 hours prior to show opening.

TRADE BADGE POLICY Trade badges continue to be free to NMMA/CMMA/OMOA Members if badge requests are received before January 4, 2008. The cost for each marine trade badge after January 4, 2008 is $25.00. The cost for all non-member trade badges is $25.00

WILL CALL? “Will Call” is where exhibitors leave tickets for their guests to pick up. “Will Call” is located inside the show office, look for the sign. EXHIBITOR BADGES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE LEFT IN WILL CALL. They will be confiscated. HOW DO I ORDER: EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS? Complete and return the Exhibitor Credential Order form located in this section of the kit. Fill in contact name and whether credentials should be mailed or held for pick-up.

EXHIBITORS CREDENTIALS FOR WORKING DEALERS? Through a previous mailing, we requested a list of your working dealers. Those companies you listed will be notified that the Exhibitor Kit is accessible on-line. Working Dealers must fill in the Exhibitor Credential Order Form for Working Dealers enclosed.

TRADE BADGES? Trade Badges are for the Marine Trade visiting the show, not for staff working an exhibit. You will find the registration form on line at TorontoBoatShow.com.
