CPPD...... stands for Continued Personal and Professional Development and is used to prove that a person has kept their knowledge up to date. CPPD forms an important part of an officers working life which will help you throughout your career and is also used within the TSQF when you are due awards.

This guidance outlines commonly asked questions and the procedure for supplying this to the Qualifications Team.

CPPD is the process of collecting together documentation that outlines the skills and knowledge that you have gained over a 12 month period. This can be from a formal training course but also from your daily work duties. This allows you to apply what you have learnt.

The collection of evidence for your CPPD record proves to your authority that they can be assured that you have the knowledge and ability to carry out your duties day to day.
