Your assignment is for you and your partner to come up with a new business. It has to be a legal business and proper for a high school setting (see me if you have any questions). You are to design a customer service poster with your ideas on what will make your business the “place that everyone wants to visit.” (Remember the ultimate goal is “repeat business.”) You will present your poster to the class and explain your ideas. (To make it interesting – we will vote on who has the best customer service ideas and they will get five bonus points on the next test.) You are to give your business a name and present a poster board (front and back) that includes the following information in pictures, drawings, and other artistic representations:
Name of business, target market (demographics, psychographics, and geographics) ______25 points Pictures of products/services that you would offer at your business ______10 points Three ways that you would use technology to provide better customer service ______15 points Six examples of customer service ideas for your business. ______30 points Presentation of ideas and also creativity/design of poster ______20 points ______100 points
