Dates of Exhibit: Sunday, April 6, 2014 Monday, April 7, 2014 Tuesday, April 8, 2014
Location: Menger Hotel, San Antonio, Texas
Set-Up: April 6, 2014 after 12:00 Noon
Times: The exhibit area will be open from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 6, 2014 and will be the setting for our Networking Cocktail Reception. The exhibit area will reopen at 7:30 A.M. on Monday, April 7 and remain open throughout the day. On Tuesday, April 8 the exhibit area will open from 7:30 A.M. to 12:00 NOON. All luncheons, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and reception will be held in the exhibit area.
Facilities: The Menger Hotel is the perfect meeting setting with the exhibitors in the center of all conference activity and refreshments. Each exhibitor will receive a six foot table with cloth cover. Additional tables may be purchased.
Specials: NOTE: ATEC Industry Members deduct $100! Exhibitors and sponsor's names, addresses and telephone numbers, along with a brief description of the product or service, will be included in the program. In addition, we will have a general drawing for prizes at the morning break on April 8. Exhibitors are urged to bring a prize for the April 8 drawing. (NOTE: A maximum of two prizes may be presented per exhibitor at the drawing.)

There is an additional fee of $1300 for the Sunday Networking Cocktail Reception, $950 for the Monday or Tuesday Continental Breakfast, $475 to sponsor the Monday or Tuesday AM Break, $1700 for the Monday Awards Luncheon or $600 for the Monday PM Ice Cream Break.
Your exhibit fee includes all breakfasts, breaks, receptions and luncheons.
