SUMMARY I have spent thirty (38) years as a Petroleum Landman and Right of Way Agent running title, buying leases and right of way. I worked throughout the Gulf Coast Region as well as a brief period in the Rockies, and West Texas. Additionally, I performed the duties of individual broker, crew chief, owned a brokerage, operated wells, managed estates, and sold drilling deals. Most recently I worked in South Mississippi acquiring leases and submitting back up and title information. I have a unique gift in negotiating terms and conditions and a very broad knowledge of land records in numerous states having worked courthouses across the country.

WORK HISTORY

January 2013 to September 2015 Involved in Tuscaloosa Marine Shale play in Southwest MS. I have bought, sold, traded and brokered approximately 100,000 acres.

January 2012 to November 2012 Bought cellular tower sites all over North Dakota.

February 2010 to December 2011. Crownpointe Resources. Mississippi and Louisiana bought oil and gas leases and pipeline right of way. Extensive due diligence for CO2 pipeline project.

December 2009-to February 2010. I was hired to determine the mineral interest and production status as to 1100 acres in Hancock County, Ms for Hancock County Port Commission and the Airport Development Group of Denver, Colorado.

August 2006-May 2009 worked for Crownpointe Resources leasing, title, and curative. I managed the prospect area with three other brokers under me. I continue to maintain files and manage the Pistol Ridge area for Oracle Gas.

August 2004-2006 I represented several key players in the industry running brokers for them as well as managing their files. I had five (5) brokers employed and we work South Alabama and Mississippi.

May 2002-August 2004-Complete area take off on several conventional and coal bed methane projects in the central Alabama area. I performed title work and leased numerous prospects for different clients.

February 2002-April 2002- I worked for PLAN as a support person for several companies inputting data and installing their land management system. This job required me to prepare leases, ownership reports, clean up old prospects that had inaccurate data, and train landmen to run PLAN land management . I worked in the Black Warrior Basin, the Rockies, and Hancock County, MS. June 2001-January 2002- Title search on coal bed methane rights in Shelby County, Alabama. The area assigned included several townships. I coordinated the search and prepared all reports and maps.

March 2001-June 2001- Black Warrior Basin of Mississippi and Alabama running oil and gas titles, and acquiring leases.

January 1999-March 2001 I worked for Service Resources Corporation, Atlanta, GA as a Right of way agent responsible for title and communication facility easements.

1996-1999 Owner and General Mgr., Carey Oil and Gas Worked for numerous oil and gas companies as a broker and operated a brokerage running crews in MS and LA. During this period of time I had as many as fifteen brokers working for me in two states. I covered the projects on a weekly bases and meet with my crew chiefs either by phone or in person on a daily basis. My responsibilities included title, lease acquisition, permitting, forced integration procedures, draft payments, title opinions, curative, and damage settlements.

1995-1996 Landman, Sinclair Oil Company I worked as crew chief in West Texas acquiring Seismic Option Agreements. This project covered over thirty six square miles and I had five brokers under me. I also had short term tickets in North Dakota, Michigan, and Louisiana.

1990-1995 In House Landman, Mid South Resources Responsibilities included acquiring farm-in agreements and granting farm-outs, making deals on acreage blocks owned by the company, leasing, title work, buying equipment, and managing the office.

1985-1990 Independent Landman Traded properties all over MS, LA,TX, and AL. Owned operated and managed everything.

1978-1985 Independent Landman I worked for several different outfits during this period, jobs would last from 1 month to 1 year. During this period I really cut my teeth in courthouses and on country roads.

1973-1978 Carey Chevrolet Co. GM and VP. Family owned business.
