SCHOOLS - HOW TO BUY?

This Common Use Arrangement (CUA) is for the provision of retail electricity for all contestable sites (sites using over 50,000 KWh per annum) connected to the South-West Interconnected System (SWIS)

STEPS FOR SCHOOL BUYERS

STEP 1  From your most current invoice, identify the Meter Number and the NMI Number. Note: An example of a Meter Number is: 000000313000609 An example of a NMI Number is: 80010065193 or 8002239192-1

STEP 2 Complete the School Quote Form with the information from STEP 1. Be sure to include the schools:  Contact details for invoices and other correspondence  The date you want the quote form returned (recommended 1 week) Note: Do not sign the Quote Form at this step.

STEP 3 Once the School Quote Form is completed, email the form to:  Synergy - [email protected]  Perth Energy - [email protected]  Alinta Energy – [email protected]

STEP 4 Once the Quote Forms are returned,  Compare the 1 Year Total Price and select the best value for money offer. Remember the suppliers are retailers of electricity and the CUA has covered most of the terms and conditions for purchasing electricity.  Change the Quote Form to an Order Form by simply ticking the “Quote Form” box to “Order Form” from the supplier that offered the best value for money.  Sign the Order Form and email it to supplier.
