Terms and Conditions . We deliver a range of in practice CPD short courses aimed at Primary Care NHS Dental Practice Teams based in Wales. We endeavour to provide you with an excellent service to support you with your CPD requirements.

Booking and Payment . Please complete booking form in full. Payment is required in full prior to the course. We accept payment by cheque, debit/credit card (via an online secure system) and invoices can be raised on request. Once your request has been approved your payment will be acknowledged by email.

We accept debit/credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. Debit cards may only be used for a minimum payment of £5.00 and credit cards are subject to a minimum payment of £25.00.

Tax Charges . All courses are VAT exempt.

Cancellation and Refunds . We operate a cancellation and refund policy. From the time that the payment is processed up until six weeks before the course date we will refund 100% of the course fees. No refunds will be made for any cancellations or postponements made after this time.

In the unlikely event of the training course not taking place due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. trainer’s illness) we will refund you the full amount paid or rearrange the course. We are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as loss of earning.

While we make every effort to deliver the course, in the event of the course being cancelled by one of our tutors/trainers, the course administrator will contact you as soon as possible.

Please be aware that this cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to and by submitting your application you are agreeing to the above statement.

Availability and Pricing . All services are supplied subject to availability. We have the right to change our prices at any time without advance warning.

Practice Requirements . All the practice staff should attend the course, including the dentist(s) who have an important team leader role. Normally there must be a minimum of 6 participants attending the course in order for the booking to be processed. Smaller practices may merge to meet this minimum number.

The Practice should be closed during the course and the answer phone/voice mail switched on, please ensure that the practice staff have no other commitments during the course.

Receipts and Confirmation . Receipts for payment of course fees will be issued by email shortly after the payment is processed. Confirmation of booking is subject to completing the course application form and processing of course payment. Once these have been met the course administrator will confirm your booking by email.
