Waste Processing – industrial waste treatment, hazardous wastes and landfill disposal.
We operate over 200 facilities in England, Scotland and Wales and employ around 2,500 employees.
Role Purpose
To ensure that debtors are chased and monies collected within specific timescales, and provide a service for query resolution with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Page: 1 of 2 To ensure that new accounts are set up correctly and that credit checks are undertaken where relevant To ensure that all issues relating to customers are communicated to the relevant parties both internal and external To ensure that debtors are chased within the credit cycle as per company policy To ensure that all customers are informed of status of account – pre stop To inform customers of any changes to their circumstances (for example account on stop/change of terms) To liaise with operations staff as and when required To produce ad hoc reports as and when required
Qualifications and Experience (preferred)
Previous experience of credit control, preferably in a high volume low value environment Ability to manage own workload to meet demanding timescales. Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Microsoft Word and Excel experience

Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within an organisation Ability to re-evaluate priorities, responding quickly and positively to change Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and develop successful long term relationships internally and with the customer base
Other Information
Location – Doncaster May require some travel to interface with operations and customer service teams
