NOTICE INVITING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (NIRFP) Notice Inviting RFP No. HRBC/PM(QC)/2Q of 2015 – 2016

1. Hooghly River Bridge Commissioners (HRBC) invites sealed proposals from experienced and reputed consulting firms for Preparation of Detailed Project Report and working drawings for construction of Karmatirtha building at following locations in Dakshin Dinajpur District, West Bengal.

2. Name of work: (a) Consultancy services for preparation of detailed Project Report and working drawings for construction of Karmatirtha at Daralhat under Tapan Block, at Sahabazpur under Gangarampur Block and at Deor under Kumarganj Block in Dakshin Dinajpur District, West Bengal.

(b) Consultancy services for preparation of detailed Project Report and working drawings for construction of Karmatirtha at Angaripara/ Karanji under Kushmandi Block, and at Bagichapur under Harirampur Block in Dakshin Dinajpur District, West Bengal.

3. Features of the project: . Construction of Karmatirtha buildings is a four story frame structure building with provision of two storey for the present. It mainly consists of Shops, Gents toilet, ladies toilet, Administrative Office, Stair etc. including internal S&P & electrification work, tubewell, internal road, boundary wall etc. Soil report & Topographical Survey of the location will be supplied by HRBC. To be paid in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order 4. Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000/- etc issued by any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank of India, drawn in favour of “Hooghly 5. Cost of bidding document: Rs. 750/- River Bridge Commissioners” payable at kolkata 6. Period of Completion: 20 (Twenty) days.

7. Eligibility and Qualification Criteria: Consultancy Experience: The consultant should have the experience in architectural planning and detail design of buildings. The consultant must have completed at least one project of detailed planning and structural design of building during the last 10 years prior to the date of application.

8. RFP documents: Request for Proposal document consisting of detail scope of work, project details, eligibility criteria etc. will be purchased on 29.04.2015 upto 4 P.M from Account Section of HRBC on submission of cost of bidding document as per sl. 5. The application for purchase of quotation documents to be submitted to PM(QC) HRBC within 27.04.2015 upto 14.00 hours alongwith self attested copy of PAN Card, Service Tax registration Certificate & proper credential.

1 9. Receipt of proposal: All sealed proposals should be dropped in the Tender Box kept in the chamber of Project Manager (QC.), HRBC not later than 14.00 hrs. on 30.04.2015 and bid will be opened on the same day at 14.30 hrs. in presence of Consultants representatives who will present.

12. Interested Consulting firms may consult the HRBC website mentioned above regularly to see Corrigenda/Addenda which may be issued by HRBC from time to time prior to submission of the proposal as given in para 8.

13. HRBC reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason thereof.
