4 CAP IPAWS Requirements Crosswalk – Discussion  Profile Notes needs to be on Table 1 in Section 2.  On we took out the note based on last week's discussion. 421 . . Elysa asked about last week's decision on this. Decision was that UUID was a CAP 2.0 issue. For this version, concatenating the identifier, sender, sent results in a unique identifier per CAP v1.1.  Art suggested dropping out elements on which there are no issues. Consensus: Yes.  Elysa asked more clarification about wording about use of "Avoid" as a recognized exception to the CAP 1.1 specification. Gary's suggestion: Note: Certain IPAWS messages the respsonseType of Avoid will be used, Users of the this should be aware that because this is not valid against CAP 1.1 spec, other CAP networks may find the message to be invalid. Leave Recommendation as is. Consensus: Yes.  Art suggested changing the Profile Requirements Column to Profile Specification; Consensus: Yes.  We discussed various aspects of other elements such as and but did not take specific action. 5 Moving Forward  We decided to get the corrected Tables out by Wednesday Morning so the SC can review Thursday, and Elysa will take ACTION: to inquire about holding a short comment period with Subject Matter Experts that uses the comment list to ensure that OASIS IPR policy is followed.  If that is the case, we will decide about initiating that in Thursday's meeting.
